Delivery Terms

Blue Pot delivers throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Please provide a minimum 30-minute delivery window when placing your order.
Your order will arrive no more than 45 minutes prior to your party's start time.
Delivery charges are based on distance from our kitchen.
An additional fee applies for equipment pick-up following your event.
All delivery items arrive ready-to-serve on our signature basket trays. Ceramic platters are available for an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Because our food is made fresh from scratch for each order, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Delivery orders: We accept cancellations in writing or via email 48 hours prior to delivery. All orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, including cancellations due to weather, will be charged in full.
Full-service events and receptions: Cancellations must be submitted at least 96 hours in advance.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due before delivery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks.
Corporate accounts are available for clients with recurring orders.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval.

When you voluntarily opt-in to receive text messages from Blue Pot Catering (such as through a website order form, catering inquiry form, or text-to-join keyword), we collect your mobile phone number and any messaging history between you and our team.

We use your mobile phone number exclusively to deliver the specific services you requested. This includes:

Sending order confirmations, event quotes, and delivery updates.
Coordinating catering details for your scheduled events.

Sending occasional promotional offers, menu updates, or discounts (only if you explicitly opted into marketing messages).

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Mobile Data

Your trust is incredibly important to us. Blue Pot Catering will never sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may only share text messaging data with trusted service providers (such as our SMS delivery platform) solely to facilitate the sending of our messages to you. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

4. How to Opt-Out (Stop Messages)

You have full control over your text preferences. You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from Blue Pot Catering. After you send the message "STOP", we will send you one final text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt back in.
